Cannonball is our baby project. The first visual calendar with a patent pending algorithm from Gordon Ebanks, CEO. Ranked top 6 calendars in 2015 by Yahoo Tech in the first year of launch. The app had more than 1000 thousand instals and a 4.43 rating.
From concept, to branding, to layout, to architecture to final UI.Cannonball Visual Calendar turns your calendar into a social streaming app.
Working with this client was amazing, our ideas bounced together and workflow felt very natural. For this project we designed the website platform, iOS ,Android, and few email templates / other marketing related graphics.
Website Design
Complete Dashboard for managing and sharing daily or future activities.
The website platform allows users to manage a dashboard with all their activities, future, past or present. You can share them or invite guests, as well as see who’s attending to public events. So far the coolest feature was the visual calendar, you could actually see your events.
Photos were populated by an algorithm so either you can select a photo for your event, or the software will pick one accordingly. Sizes would also vary, from big to small depending on the even’t popularity.
A gaming factor was also added with badges. A user would win badges depending on his activity.
For the website we designed all the UI and UX. Development was made by another team.
Mobile Design
Complete App for iOS and Android .
The main platform for this project was mobile, because nowadays people use their phones and smart tablets more time than computers.
Cannonball’s visual calendar app was designed for iOS and Android.
